Hello mmng23,

If you are looking for the best ways to include lemons in your diet then you will find many recipes. You can include lemon juice and lemon peel otherwise known as zest in your recipes and listed below are some of the most popular ways:
1) Lemonade
2) Lemon Ice cream
3) Lemon flavored cookies
4) Candied Lemon peel
5) Lemon Curd
6) Lemon Trifle with berries
7) Lemon Vinaigrette
8) Lemon Sherbet
9) Lemon Bars
10) Garlic Lemon butter
Lemonade and ice cream are the most popular methods of using lemons and they feature lots of lemon juice. Lemon cookies and other baked items such as lemon tarts, lemon bars and lemon cupcakes all include lemon zest to give them a lovely tangy flavor. My personal favorite is lemon Vinaigrette which can be used to add extra flavor to scallops and fish and one recipe for it is here http://www.food.com/recipe/lemon-vinaigrette-142017

If you want recipes featuring lemons then check this link http://allrecipes.com/recipes/fruits-and-vegetables/fruits/citrus/lemons/top.aspx which has a list of the top 20, and this link http://www.joyofbaking.com/LemonRecipes.html which has a number of good recipes for lemon curd, lemon tarts and lemon sherbet. Also check this link which has more information on lemons http://www.joyofbaking.com/Lemons.html and terms associated with it.
