" Welcome to Dead House " is my favorite Stine's book because it's quite spooky and also it has a a twist in the end : the sadistic real estate agent, thought to be dead, is seen by the main character just in the ending. In my opinion Stine's best goosebumps books are the ones that have a twisted ending. I can't say that I have a least favorite goosebumps book because they are all special in their own way.
