What's best RSS reader for Mac desktop, iPad and iPhone so I don't see repeat stories? @GoogleReader have offline mode?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I've also tried Feedly, which I enjoy a lot, yet for some reason always have a habit to come back to Google Reader and Fast Flip. From what I've heard, Feedly is one of the more established ones, yet it's a matter of sticking with it.

Haven't tried all of the following, yet have also heard good things about the following applications. Readers such as Parse.ly and Zite claim to be "intelligent" readers, and they both link to Twitter. One of my favorite video demos was from Parse.ly as they actually went through the actual app whereas the others played some upbeat music and just showed you pictures etc.

M$It syncs with Google Reader and has an offline mode. The iPhone and iPad apps are great. I cannot testify for the Mac app but I heard that's great too. I prefer to use the Google Reader website but that's just out of habit and my Mac is always connected to the internet.
They're not free apps and the iPad is a separate standalone app than the iPhone version. In Australia the iPad app is about $6.99 (If I remember correctly). Not too sure about the iPhone version.
I really do love Reeder. I've been using it ever since it came out for the iPhone and works flawlessly.
