What's an example of a kung fu movie where the master doesn't teach the secret technique till the last minute?

Movie name: the drunken master
Jackie Chan stars as ‘’ Wong Fei-Hung’’, a disobedient and mischievous boy whom his father sent to his uncle to learn kung fu. His uncle,was popular for crippling his students and these stories scared Wong Fei-Hung away. But after a series of fight and encounters with some bad guys, he decided that he needed to learn how to fight and went back to his uncle,who finally though him the skill known as ‘’The Eight Drunken Immortals’’
