What's a great family activity for after Christmas dinner? Something that's fun, easy and everyone can enjoy

We have a range of folks from a very young age all the way up to great-grandma. Is there something we can all do together beside sing songs?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

One of the best oldies is Charades. Usually has everyone rolling over in laughter, especially if no-one can act!

Well, we have a tradition, called karaoke. Each of us needs to sing, even though some of us can't sing!!! but it's fun.

Go through old photo albums/family videos that was one of the activities we used to do back when we had large family gatherings.

If you are looking to play a game, try to find a card game you can all agree on, we used to play Contract Rummy.

I would recommend going to see holiday decorations and lights. I live in NYC, so we have easy access to the Christmas tree at Rockerfeller Center.

Check out the local decorations and then grab some hot chocolate somewhere!

Happy Holidays!

Play a game of Monopoly or something like it. Since you started Mahalo Answers, maybe call it Mahalo Monopoly and have everyone ask a question, and have the questions answered on Mahalo. Have everyone suggest a question to ask!

We do christmas trivia. People have questions under their dinner plates and take turns asking the questions. We just shout out the answers and first one wins. I'm sure there is a much more orderly way to do this, though. Winner with the most answers gets a prize.

You can rent and watch a movie together - The Grinch will probably keep the kids entertained and make grandma doze off. :)

Play Apples to Apples! No skill required, no generational differences matter much, and even non-readers can play (at least to turn in cards). Matter of fact we've found non-readers make the game wonderfully whimsical!

We're going to visit close family friends tomorrow, and I am about 98% positive we'll be playing this.
