They have a number of 6" subs that have 6 grams of fat or less: black forest ham, oven roasted chicken breast, roast beef, subway club, sweet onion chicken teryaki, turkey breast, turkey and ham, and veggie delite.

The healthiest of all of these would have to be the veggie delite, with only 230 calories and 3 grams of fat. If you want some meat though, go for the turkey breast, as it only has 280 calories and 4.5 grams of fat. Just remember: wheat bread, no cheese, and load up on the veggies!
