What's a good foot powder to help prevent blisters?
I don't know much about them and am looking for some more info.

The cheapest you can get is baby powder. It will keep your feet dry and the shoes from rubbing. If your shoes are rubbing, they likely do not fit properly, so you might want to invest in innersoles or some other shoes to tighten the fit and reduce blisters.
