about Michael Wray
Whatever happened to Michael Wray from Season one of Hell's Kitchen? He said he was going to open Lolapop in Vegas, but no listing.

I apologize for how long this question has gone unanswered.
In May, the Sierra Vista AZ "Herald" newspaper reported that Wray was going to open a restaurant there named HK One (Hell's Kitchen, Season 1). I can find no listing for it, and it was scheduled to have opened in August per this article. The Wikipedia entry says it will open in September, so it may still be a project in the works. It was also reported he had started Skull and Cleavers, a chef's knives company, but I can find no listing for that business on the net, either. Lolapop in Las Vegas, as you noted, shows no listing.
The best bet - and last mention - seems to be the Sierra Vista restaurant, where he is said to have family.

The restaurant was suuposed to open but due to lack of funds, it hasn't opened yet. But we're all patiently waiting out here!
