I'm going with a video that's still a bit new to be a tradition, but it definitely puts me in the holiday spirit. It comes from the 2006 Mythbusters Holiday Special. I have always been fascinated by Rube Goldberg machines, so when the Mythbusters created a holiday themed Rube Goldberg device, it became an instant holiday classic, at least to me.
