The design has a glossy, early web2.0 Mac look to it. This style is slightly on the outs. Since you're blog is about Internet topics, I'd consider a redesign.

Your logo does not "stick out".
Online, your logo is your brand and yours doesn't say anything to me. I'd think deeply about what you want your brand to convey and illustrate that in your logo. Without a powerful brand, your blog is just another one of the thousands that exist.

The blue bar near the top of your page does not match. At the very least, I would adjust the colour.
The design geek in me suggests that you should pick 4 similar colours that represent the time of day. Something like black, yellow, blue, and orange. Employ a CSS javascript trick to change the (complimentary) colour of that bar based on the time of day.

I really like the large top block, 2 column 8 row layout you're sporting. Looks good especially with the images.
To pro it up a bit, I would equalize the size of the rows in the bottom square blocks and make your Read More links stand out a bit better.
PARTICULAR POSTS
1)
I like your posts. They're well written and take on a "review" style without preaching at your audience. Nice stuff.
2)
I don't know who your readership is. It should be blatnently obvious after reading one of your posts who you're catering too.
It looks like you're trying to reach the introductory webmaster niche, but it's difficult to tell.
You should get that sorted out and with every plateau of traffic you break through, highlight your audience again.
SIDEBAR GOODIES
1)
Your sidebar is better than most. Good work.
2)
I don't like empty ad spaces. There is a major shift in online advertising going on right now and the blogs (especially) without ads are usually the ones struggling. Fill those spots for free. Make your own banners if you have to, but get them filled. Onclick, toss a nice oldschool iframe header ad up saying that advertising space is available and include your reasonable price.
ANYTHING ELSE
I can't think of anything else off of the top of my head.
However, quickly reviewing your traffic stats, keywords, etc. It looks like you could use some more traffic. So, while it's beyond the scope of your question, it might be a good idea to focus on increasing your traffic while maintaining your compelling content.

M$The design:
Plain and simple, which is good because it'll keep the readers from getting distracted to "ohh pretty colors" instead of "ohh cool things to read." I do think that the top bar looks a little sloppy to the eye. Maybe because there's that google friend connect bar followed by an ad followed by the various lines in the banner.
Particular posts:
If I felt like reading, there are a number of them that I would browse through. :)
- "Indian venture ApnaCircle a Social and Career Networking Site"
- "Second Annual Vacation at Las Vegas by Thoughts.com"
- "Review: Freezone Internet UK’S Best Value Hosting Company"
- "Earn More Money through WidgetBucks"
Sidebar goodies:
Categories/Comments/Tags would probably look better above the tell your friends and advertisement. Other than that, I think it looks good.
Hope that helps! :)

M$I loaded the main page too and it directed me to a porn site. You are either doing that intentionally to get paid for redirected traffic or there is a possibility of malware. I would not return to the sight simply because of the redirect. When I was on the site for five seconds it looked like a nice page design.
Well written.
