If you're referring to the DC characters, "Legion of Superheroes" only aired for two seasons on the Kids WB and the CW network, in the United States, anyways. It first aired on September 23rd, 2006. It portrayed the heroes as teenagers, and included Superman, Lightening Lad, Saturn Girl, and more. Later, CW4Kids took over the Kids WB and the show was cancelled. James Tucker was the producer.
Film Roman produces a similar cartoon for Marvel characters called “The Super Hero Squad Show”. The Hulk, Wolverine, Iron Man, Falcon, Silver Surfer, and Thor make up the team. Like “Legion”, it features popular comic book characters as younger, almost teenage in appearance. Also, like the DC based show, there is an element of humor as well as action. It debuted on September 14, 2009 and is on the Cartoon Network on Saturday mornings at 7:30.
The “Super Hero Squad Show” is produced by Alan Fine, Simon Philips, and Eric Rollman. Joe Quesada and Stan Lee are the co-executive producers.
