What XBox 360 game was in most desperate need of a patch upon release?
Fable II had an insanely easy way to cheat to earn millions of gold in minutes. Saints Row II had issues with pedestrians ending up in the middle of your car (doing the Get Down / Geddan dance through the hood). Godfather II just had gameplay issues that made your head spin. Those are all bad, sure - but what was the WORST?

Modern Warfare 2 had a ton of glitches and exploits upon release, and its popularity, in my opinion, earns it the title of being the game most needing a patch on release, including the infamous Javelin glitch. Infinity Ward has even publicly stated that the game wasn't even beta tested.
