Well - naturally, everything in the books, movies, cards, etc., similar to the Harry Potter Lexicon (but better organized)

PLUS
All of the background ("backstory") material that she has left out of her books but had probably developed when writing. Things like
* very brief biographies of famous people such as "Harry Potter Merlin", Nicholas Flamel and Wendelin the Weird, and especially Harry's and Ron's parents, and especially the non-main characters (e.g. Tonks, Hagrid, Malfoy Sr.)
* a more-or-less detailed map of Hogwarts (as detailed as you can get when passages and stair cases don't always take you to the same location...) as well as the "surrounding environs" (including Hogsmeade) and a detailed map of Knockturn Alley.
* brief genealogies of the major characters who are at least partially from "wizarding families" - like Harry, Ron & Malfoy.
* spells (and their side effects) should be thoroughly described
* famous magical items - both those that appear in the books and those that appear in world myth - should be described briefly. Particularly the Umbugular Slashkilter!
* a timeline of the most important events in wizarding history
* a description of those events (those not described in the books, anyway)
And - well - everything else. It should come in at least 4 volumes, and each of those should be roughly the size of a Bible.
