What would you do with the power to see 2 minutes into the future?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

As a former law enforcement officer, I would say that it would be very effective in dispatching rescue crews to accidents, fires or other medical emergencies. Sometimes that 2 minutes could mean the difference between life or death.

Personal gain. It would be too tempting to pass up the opportunity to make a little cash. This may sound greedy, but with this power, you'll be so busy helping others, you may not have time for a day ob, and powers or not, you stil gotta eat.

Walk around a casino, and wait til you see the future of a jackpot machine.....sit down and two minutes later.....bing, bing, bing!!!! Jackpot!

I would see the places/people I'm going to see in the future so if I wouldn't like them, I could avoid them. And I would like to include the numbers of lottery that will win the jackpots so I could finally win, lol.

I can think of a few cool things I could do....

1. Gamble. Oh I know its a sin :) but.....I could place a bet on a race just as it closed and make some money for a change ha ha ha or trade on the stock market.

2. Work at a hospital. I could prepare for things like emergencies in the operating theater, or heart attacks and just be that two minutes in time to save them.

3. I might work at the earthquake centre and put out warning just before they happen - two minutes warning would have saved a lot of people in Haiti.

hmmm, maybe gamble till I had enough money to set up my own 'emergency' service and then I could help myself and help others ....

Ps - looks like a great movie!

Sorry but I would use it to gamble. But after making enough money it could be used to help people and animals.

Would it be evil of me to say I would play with my husband's mind and freak him out a bit? :)

It would come in handy you could see when your children were about to get into trouble or you could gamble like kty said.
