What would you do if you were suddenly out of debt?

Not winning the lottery, but if you still have the normal gas, electric, food bills. You just have all that money that went to credit cards, cars, and houses to use as you will. :)
Tip for best answer: M$1.50
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

No mortgage, auto, cc debt . . . I would probably float away with all that weight off my back!!!

I would travel more, make sure the college funds look good, and let my wife quit her job if she wanted or work less. I would take one day off every week, so I work 4 and spend 3 with the kids and family.

I would try to invest in my own business in the long term.

I'll invest it in the stock market.

That would afford me with an extra $73 per month, so I'm not really sure what I'd do. I have it in my head that I want an iPod Touch, but I don't really know if I need one. I'd probably just splurge on fast food and movies more so than usual that month, haha! Or maybe I'd get a massage downtown again - that'd be nice. Or I'd start contributing that money to a mutual fund or ROTH IRA, something like that. Lots of options! :)
