What would the average gas and electricity bills be at a small to mid size restaurant?
The kitchen includes:
A six burner stove with a 12 inch flat top. (LP gas converted to natural)
An 18 inch double basket deep fryer.
A commercial coffee maker. (Electric)
A commercial panini press. (Exact make and model as panera bread)
A three tier sink.
A 5 x 2.5 foot prep cooler.
A commercial two door cooler.
A two tap kegorator.
A six slot soda fountain.
A small ice machine.
And an 8 foot hood with two lights.
What I am looking for is a rough estimate of how much this would cost to run 6 days a week 14 to 16 hours a day. If you need more info on wattage or the brands and age of the equipment I can let you know.
