What would cause alarm and horn electrical problems with a 2005 Saturn Ion?

On a 2005 Saturn Ion car with a 4 cyl engine there have been some crazy electrical problems going on. When the doors are locked, the alarm goes off. The doors have stopped locking when the car is in drive mode. The horn will not blow whenever you try, yet it blows for no apparent reason when no one is even sitting in the car. There are also issues with the interior light coming on when it’s not suppose to.

AHHHH I am having a similar problem! Watch out because your dome light will come on and horn blasts then your battery dies and the car wont start. I dont know whats wrong with it. When I am driving my dome light comes on and the door locks go crazy. Then when its off and no one is in it, alarm goes off and dome light goes off and on. Killed my battery, now I have to pull a fuse to keep the battery from dying.
