M$So many products are American made, but that last bit alows it to have the made in china logo. It's one way companies save money.
But here are some suggestions.
1.Make your host something frm scratch. Something from the heart that represents the many sides of american culture. Doing this shows how you appreciate what she is doing for you, and it also shows your creative ability.
2. Clothes made from an american company. Examples would be Abercrombie and Fitch, Sierra Trading Post, and GAP. Fashion and class.
3. Buy her products by Native Americans.
4. Make her a gift basket with a mix from those.
I have included a few site to help you with choose what you want to do.
