What would be an effective way to advertise and to get B or C list celebrities as guests on a PODcast?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

2. Have to have everything set up before they arrived. Like they should have to just sit down and be there for only about 10-15 minutes.
3. You have to have a name for yourself. They're not going to go on anyone's podcast. They want the publicity not someone just geeking out.
4. Seek their agents through Actors guilds and prepare a letter for a future date (enough time for them to respond and work something out) and it has to be professional.
5. Give them a good reason to join your show.
I know Bruce Campbell is willing to be hired through his website. You can contact him that way and he'll consider doing the job. Might have to pay him though. Sometimes that payment on one celebrity will draw in listeners and allow for more publicty for your station.

Someone who is considering an interview request will run online searches to find out more about the show/host.
My 2 cents. :)
