about How To Argue Persuasively
what words could i use in my speech to make it persuasive
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Try to make your statements questions etc.
Instead of saying "hey gimme half your fries",
say "Is there any reason why you would not share half your fries with me?".
That way the other person has to find a reason and explain their reason instead of just saying NO.
Also try to keep things positive.
Be polite! Listen to what they say and repeat it.
Mimic their body language.
If they are really dissagreable try to get them to walk or change rooms.
Try to get them to say yes to easy questions:" Do you like movies?"
Bring their character into it: "Your not the kind of person who would owe money to a friend and blow them off right?" Hey buddy is there any reason you don't want to pay me back?"
and so on...
