At her arraignment Friday she was present at the courthouse with her lawyer and before she could be arraigned Gina took off, leaving the courthouse and not returning after claiming to go for a smoke break.
She was captured earlier today May 22nd, 2010 in Onset, Massachusetts and now faces an additional charge of Fleeing to Avoid Prosecution.

Besides that, pay reputations to the family and not be allowed to drive for a few years, I think 5 is fair. She can learn the joys of mass transit for awhile. Be humbling for her.
