What website builder is the best to use and why?

I'm looking to build my own website and I wanted to know if anyone has used any of the builders online. There are so many there and I wanted some real feedback.

Try the following source at bottom. I've only tried this website builder. Easy to use + you get domain name, hosting and website. Its pretty easy to get started.

You can build the web site here http://www.thewebpole.com/ and also get the hosting,domain name register, domain appraisal, online file folder, ssl certificate etc.

I have never used a free online builder, but I can tell you the Microsoft Frontpage is an easy one to use. I always did most of mine in html and it was nice that it would show me what I was looking at when I went to webpage view. I could also change things in webpage view so I didn't have to try and remember all the html codes needed.
