What was your favorite Charles Dickens novel?

I've read A Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations, I absolutely loved A Tale of Two Cities and absolutely hated Great Expectations, anyone know which of Dickens' other novels are most like A Tale of Two Cities and which are the best?

David Copperfield. I think that was his magnum opus.

One of my personal favorites was "A Christmas Carol". It shows the true spirit of goodness :) and that all types of people can change.

I personally also loved the Muppets Christmas Carol reindition of it :D

I love all of his works, which results in difficulty of choosing a favorite work by him! However, if I had to choose one, it would probably be "A Christmas Carol." I like the book because it is somewhat short in length, tells a great story and has a great point. And plus, it's my favorite thing to read and attend (performances at local theaters) during the holidays.

But following short behind is "A Tale of Two Cities." That's an excellent piece of literature.

I loved "A Tale of Two Cities." The switch between the two characters who looked identical made it a truly moving tale.
