I think you might be right actually. It should be cleared first what "we" is used for.
Many Mahalo users are from other English speaking countries such as Britain, Canada, and Australia. A few are from other countries as well. It annoys me that so many questions assume or do not specify the country or state etc.
Yes, this is correct. I always try to specify which country I am referring to, in my questions. This particular question is wrong, because as @albanian, states, it could be any country.
