What was the most expensive celebrity item that was auctioned?

I have read an article online about Marilyn Monroe's chest and pelvis X-ray which was taken during her hospital visit that have sold more than 10 times its pre-sale estimates. It was sold for $45,000. There are people especially those who have the money to buy items of their favorite celebrities. This prompted me to ask what was the most expensive celebrity item that was auctioned? Do you have an idea?
