"Land Power Doctrine" is the plans on one or more country's ground attack and defense strategy. The country's Army is the one that is the main payers in this plan. The Army can call on the other forces to help and they will be part of the plan with the Army in the lead.
There is also an "Air Power Doctrine" and a "Navel Doctrine"
