What Walt Disney World & Disneyland attractions are better than their counterparts?
In my opinion, Disneyland's Space Mountain and Pirates of the Carribean blow away Walt Disney World's versions. But WDW's Tower of Terror in far superior to DL's.
What say you?

Haunted Mansion, with the plussing of this attraction in Disney World and the "Stair Room", Disney World takes this battle.
Tom Sawyer Island in Disneyland has the edge having the Pirate theme.
The Monorail is less of an attraction in Disney World than it is in Disney land, and it longer, so probably better.
You already said Tower of Terror, and I can't agree with you more.
Disneyland's Nemo attraction is far superior.
I think the Tiki Room in Disneyland is much better as it is still not under new management.
I give Disneyland a slight edge with Soarin, because the outside of the building, same with Small World.
I think that is all I can think of at the top of my head, would be interested in what others say.

M$When Pirates opened in December of 1973, we had some guests come in from out of town. (Growing up, that was about the only time we got to go to the theme parks... when old friends from california would visit and we'd "take them.") We were all very excited to see the new ride. It was better than I remembered the california version. (to my 10 year old eyes, it was better than what i "remembered" from when i was 6!)
right now, the Mr Toad ride at disneyland is better than the pooh bear monstrosity that replaced it at WDW.
I really like Space mountain, but the theming of space mountain in Euro-Disneyland is really something. Good ride too, they really shoot you out of a cannon towards the moon!
I happen to love the tiki room (classic version) and i'm 100% charmed by the "under new management" version. in fact, I'd say the pre-show is better at WDW.
i'm looking forward to the cheers from the audience at the hall of presidents when they get to 44.
i can remember being upset in the mid '70s at the audience who would boo and hiss at Nixon.

HM at Disneyland doesn't have the new MC Escher-esque stair room? Huh. I was there in April for the first time. I thought the only (interior) difference I noticed was that you walk through the lightening-enhanced portraits rather than ride through already in your Doom Buggies. Maybe I was wrong.
Thanks for the great answer!
