What video podcasts/vodcasts would be able to also count as "short film" for festivals & contests?

The rules for short film festivals are all different, but short films can range in length from 2 minutes to well over an hour so technically almost every video podcast can could qualify for a short film festival.
Here one podcast I found that would match what you're looking for:
