What types of tricks does your parakeet do?

My parakeet is a little over two years old. He doesn't really do tricks but he is very attentive, will sit on my finger and always comes over to me when he sees me. When I enter the house he immedietly starts to chirp, even if I am gone for only a very short period of time. He talks quite a bit, mimicking various phrases and small sentences that I repeated to him over and over.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I used to see my cousin parakeet to do many tricks. Climbing any solid object (curve rope, chair, table, and cage) is no matter to it. It also likes to hide sometime. It is trained parakeet. It does not fear the new comer and it is never a timid one.
It is well adjusted to its surrounding, new objects, and new people and different types of foods (fruits, vegetables, or pellets). It likes the changing the toys around in the cage, moving the cage in many different places, or moving the play stand in different rooms. It likes the obstacle during play and making tricks. I think, the parakeet also likes to watch TV and naked movies.

The parakeet I had in high school had learned to say "Hey, pretty boy give me a kiss! Hurry up!" the best way to train is to praise and reward them when they do a behavior you want to hone, until it turns into a trick. Be consistent, and work with what is
