One type of seed that China buys from Idaho is "Idaho's Jacklin Seed". This seed is use for "grass covers Tiananmen Square and the site of the 2008 Summer Olympics". China also buy vegetable seeds from Idaho and is mentioned in this article by www.idaho.gov
