What type of plants/shrubs do you recommend planting over the top of a septic tank?

I recently had a new system installed and would like to somewhat hide the access holes and electrical post. My thoughts are to put some edging and rock around the whole thing then plant some low shrubs and maybe some slightly bigger ones to hide the posts. What type of plants do you recommend? I live in Minnesota.

Just be careful that you don't plant any trees or shrubs with potentially large root systems. Roots can eventually clog and destroy underground septic piping.

As for hiding electrical posts, you cold paint it, or build something over the top of it.. like a wishing well, or other lawn ornament.
