What type of oil should I use for deep-frying?

You should choose oils with high 'smoke points', in other words, those which do not break down at deep frying temperatures, are best. Peanut oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil are some good choices.

Peanut oil is known as one of the best oils for deep frying. It has a high smoke point, and it can be strained and re-used. It needs to be stored away from heat and light, and in a container with a tight lid. Peanut oil may be higher in price but it is definetly worht the extra money.

I would recomend. Vegetable Oil. Or Canola Oil.
