What two bands are Slash in?

The second band Slash was in, was Black Sheep. He joined this band when Road Crew broke up.
Then he met Axl Rose and joined the band Guns N' Roses.
After several years in the 80's with Guns n' Roses, Slash formed the band Snakepit.
From the early 00's to late 00's, Slash was in the band Velvet Revolver. It broke up in 2008.
Not mentioning all his solo work.
