After all of these months, we still do not find an absolute answer for Who Picked Haleigh up at the Bus Stop.

1. We hear Ron advise he picked her up.
2. We hear that Grandma Teresa Picked her up.
3. Misty claims that Ron picked her up.
4. Two witness's at the Bus Stop Claim that Misty Picked her and Austin up from the Bus Stop..

We have found that in the last 6 months there always seems to be someone covering for Misty's activities. Maybe, because she did not have a drivers license, that this was the reason Ron and Grandma Neves chose to cover for her.

We know that Misty did drive to the hospital to see her father, who was suffering from a broken leg due to an Auto Accident.

Did Ron secure the Back door. Since all interviews and statements still appear to be in riddles. I don't think anyone can answer this question.

Who really picked Haleigh up at the school bus? I would have to go with the two witness's..
A neighbor who gave specific details,
1. that misty yelled at both Haleigh and Austin to hurry and get into the van.
2. that she was talking to someone about the bad drugs obtained the night prior.
3. that she slapped one of the boys, Austin or Ron Junior.
4. that she was driving the blue van

Misty has a habit of mixing truth and lies, and much like a puzzle you have to use common sense to figure out what she really meant.

Misty advised ron went alone to pickup Haleigh, and she remained at the house because Ron Junior was sleeping.

I tend to believe that Misty and Ron Junior picked Haleigh up, because Ron was home sleeping.

Until Misty begins telling the truth after a 6 month stint.. We will have to wait for the trial and hope that she tells the truth on the stand.

Note these two paras:

Cummings said his girlfriend was awake and frantic after she found Haleigh was gone. But in the police report, obtained by FOX News, Cummings reportedly told officers that his "dumb b***h girlfriend" told him Haleigh was gone when he got home from work.

Police had never been called to the home in the past, but there have been prior problems with Cummings, Croslin and the Haleigh and her 3-year-old brother Junior, according to Putnam County Capt. Steve Rose. "There have been some investigations done through the department of children and family," Rose told FOX News on Wednesday. He didn't elaborate.

TERESA NEVES, PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER: I believe that she was. To the best of my knowledge, she was there. I had a family member there that night checking on the children, dropping off some clothes. So I know up to a point that she was definitely there. There`s no doubt in my mind that she was there, you know?
GRACE: Miss Neves, the other evening I was told that Haleigh had missed a lot of school because she`s been sick. What has been wrong with her? Why has she been missing so much school?

NEVES: OK. I don`t know where your medical experts are, but Haleigh has Turner syndrome. And Haleigh has been sick a lot in her life. I mean, I personally have stayed in the hospital with her three times. Her immune system is not what it should be.

GRACE: We know for a fact, Miss Neves, that she was at school the day that she went missing.

NEVES: Yes, ma`am, she was. I picked her up from the bus stop.

The last time Cummings saw Haleigh was when she got off the school bus Monday and gave him a kiss and a hug, he said.

"She said she'd see me when I got home."

Cummings appealed to anyone who knew where his daughter might be to contact the Sheriff's Office.

"That's all I want is someone to return my child," he said.

It is unclear what time Cummings left for work but he returned around 3am. According to rightpundits.com, "Ronald typically returns from work around 3-4 am." And OrlandoSentinel.com reported, "Croslin said she last saw Haleigh when the child went to bed Feb. 9. Croslin said she woke up about 3 a.m. and Haleigh was missing. Ronald Cummings, 25, returned from work about 5 minutes later and told Croslin to call 911."

I couldn't find an article where Cummings insists the deadbolt was locked (HLN says there were locks that Haleigh couldn't have reached on her own) but police are now investigating a tip that Croslin left the house after Cummings left for work. So even if he did lock the deadbolt, Croslin might have left it unlocked when she left. Orlandosentinel.com reports that "Croslin, the 17-year-old girlfriend of Haleigh's father, told officials she was sleeping with Haleigh and her 4-year-old brother while their father, Ronald Cummings, was at work. But the tipster said Croslin left the double-wide trailer late Feb. 9 or early Feb. 10. Haleigh was reported missing Feb. 10."
Croslin has given the police conflicting statements about Haleigh Cummings' disappearance--including inconsistencies in what Haleigh was last seen wearing and the timeline of her disappearance.
