What thing encourage a man when he gets serious trouble!!

Is this "serious trouble" with the law? I'd say that the only way to encourage him is to tell him that he has to be willing to face the consequences of his actions. Life will go on anyway, but if he stays strong, he can face what is coming to him.
For my times of trouble (even trouble of my own cause), God is a great comfort. I know that He is working out everything to make me more like Christ, and if being punished for my crime is part of that plan, then that's fine with me. God wants the best for His children, and although we want everything to be happy and good, that is not always best. God gives mercy and grace to help through:
"For we do not have a high priest (Jesus Christ) who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:15-16).
