You usually have to have either
a) the full tune and the acapella
b) the fill tune and the instrumental.
to achieve this
You can then use something like Audacity to invert the acapella/instrumental and process the full tune to remove these frequencies to leave you with either only the remainder
It can sound a little messy though, as some valid frequencyies are wiped out during the subtraction process.
