The Audi R8 4.2 FSI Quattro has an eight cylinder V90 engine with a displacement of 4183 cc. The Q5 3.0 Quattro FSI has V6 cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 2967 cc.

On Audi cars, the smallest engine you will find is on the A3, with 2.0L engine. The biggest engine is on the Audi R8, with a 5.2L engine.
If you are looking for a sports car, you can look at the Audi S models. You would not be able to get a race car engine on an Audi, but you will get able to get a pretty powerful engine on some of the bigger Audi cars such as the Audi S6.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to build just any Audi car with a more powerful engine as most Audi models have fixed engines capacities. For example, on the Audi A3, you would only be able to build a 2.0L engine on it.
