What 'signature' snacks would work in a Chicago themed party besides deep dish pizza & Chicago style Hot Dogs?

M$And you could rename "Bahama Mama"'s into "Obama Mama's".
I'm not really sure there's anything you could do that goes along with Blago though. LOL

M$Garrett's Popcorn - Cheese & Carmel popcorn are not only favorites of Chicago Movie Critics Roger Ebert (and the Late) Gene Siskel, but Prez Elec Obama often talks about Garrett's Popcorn - http://www.garrettpopcorn.com/
But to be honest, the mail order stuff is only HALF as good as the FRESH stuff you buy in one of the Chicago Stores. This is the best stuff ever ! But you have to buy it from one of their stores. THey make all the popcorn products ON site in each store. It makes a difference in taste. Lots of popcorn shops try to imitate it, but Garrett's is by far the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eli's Cheesecake - http://www.elicheesecake.com/
This stuff is really, really good. All kinds of flavors, but original is best
Canfields Soda - good too. They have a fudge soda, but I'm not brave enuf to try that. I like their lemon lime soda called 50/50. Kinda like Fresca, but not exactly.
Vienna All-Beef Chicago Style Hot Dogs - All-American favorite

Fannie May Chocolate. - http://www.fanniemay.com/
They use to handmake the chocolates on an upper floor in the old Marshall Fields Flagship downtown Dept Store before Fields became Macy's (and Macy's ruined it.) Chicago is still the Candy Manufacturing capital of the USA. More candy manfs in Chicago than anywhere else. On a warm spring day, you can smell chocolate coming from the Blommer chocolate factory if you are on the northwest side of downtown. MMmmm. Mars chocolate use to be made in Chicago too.. not sure if it still is or not.
And the RIBs from Lem's BarBQue I think are better than Kansas City ribs.
Best ribs in the City. (All those other joints are crap.) Carsons ribs may be popular on the northside, but they are mediocre with a capital M. They don't even smoke the ribs. They boil them. Eeww. Carsons has the equivalent of catsup for a BBQ sauce. Amateurs. Northsiders do not know anything about cooking ribs.
Trust me, as a Chicago southsider, you do NOT want to buy any damn ribs on the northside of town. If you wanted New Orleans style Beignet or Cajun Gumbo, would you go to North Dakota? I don't think so..
Then there is White Castle Hamburgers (aka Sliders) - But you better buy some Pepto Bismol if you don't have an iron stomach
Jays Potato Chips - the original co. went out of biz last year. I think the brand was bought by another chip company --but the chips aren't as good as they use to be. They had the best chips during the time when Bozo's Circus was on TV. They may have been re-branded under the Krunchers Chip brand, but am not sure.
Then there's the Billy Goat Tavern Cheezeburger - made famous by SNL's John Belushi - http://www.billygoattavern.com/ Cheezburger, Cheezburger
(They really do talk like that..) But the burgers aren't that great. They just taste better w/ a beer. Billy Goat is popular with alcoholic newspaper reporters and stressed out stock traders.
The ONLY Chicago Style Pizza worth getting is from PIZZERIA UNO. Don't listen to these people who are under 45 yrs old. They don't know the OLD School joints! They just know this chain store restaurant, johnny come-lately crap. No self respecting Deep Dish Chicago Pizza lovin' person would recommend any Chicago Style PIZZA OTHER THAN Pizzeria Uno. Ask Bill Murray. This is the pizza Mayor Daley calls "Chicago Style".
And if you are gonna get an Italian Beef sandwich (with the juice AND mozzarella cheese and green peppers), you get it from AL's Italian BEEF -- not those places that came AFTER Al's Italian Beef. All the Chicago mobsters and the Chicago Police know the place for beef is Al's. http://www.alsbeef.com
Lastly, McDonalds is based in the Chicago area !!! Original store was in a Suburb of Chicago-- DesPlaines, IL I think.
This is makin me hungry..
