Julie Andrews and James Garner costarred in a film titled "Victor Victoria" made in 1982. The film was directed by Blake Edwards and is about a woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman! The plot has Victoria (Andrews) as a down and out singer who is on the verge of being homeless. She plots to cross dress as a man who is cross dressing as a woman and there you are! Victor Victoria is a musical comedy.
