What should I make for dinner? Any good "quick n' easy" recipes?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

BBQ kielbasa and macaroni & cheese. It's a staple at our house...the kids love it. Fill pot with hot water to get it boiling faster. Heat up frying pan while slicing kielbasa (or even hot dogs) into 1/4" thick slices. Dump into pan with generous dollops of BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally.

If you want to be fancy, dish up the mac&cheese first and layer the sausage on top. If you want to make sure the kids (or husband) eats everything without being picky, just mix it all together and serve in bowls.

Great comfort food. Never any leftovers.
