- It has a better touch screen.Every review I have read (I have read a lot of them) mentions how much better it is.
- It is actually useful as a media player, now that it has a standardized headphone jack.
- It has more storage space
- The G1 keyboard is useless and it does nothing but take up extra space.
- The screen on the My Touch 3G is much more vibrant.
- The My Touch 3G runs the newer versions of Android, the G1 does not.
- I could go on and on...
