What should i do?
Should i change my Avatar? or should i add the following lines with all my answers
"I am a Doctor. But this is only an answer to a question you asked in an open forum. So this answer does not inform you take my advice from this answer on any health related matter involving you or people you know. You should consult a doctor in person on all your (or people you know) health related problems."
Any idea , anybody?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Communication is limited on the internet. It's not a controlled, one-to-one thing where you can see the reaction on the receiver's face and work to alleviate any misunderstandings you see happening. As a professional, your advice may be subject to more scrutiny. The medium is written, and can be produced in a courtroom - even from people who are not the original recipient of the advice, but people who perceive themselves as having the "same" problem.
My bias comes from watching the CA legal system from almost every perspective, my communication studies degree, and my fervent wish for respondents of good will - like yourself - to continue happily contributing to a productive, unique community. Good luck!

M$I have done a design which hopefully Jason may take into consideration. http://www.mahalo.com/answers/mahalo-answers-suggestions/suggestion-what-would-accounts-be-like-if-you-were-a-mahalo-doctor
I recommend that you should change your avatar but instead - put the lines after each question (as the source).
If someone does take the id @dr - then Mahalo will react quickly and "vanish" (as Jason says) their account. If you want to take this account, I would advise you to contact Mahalo.
Hope this helps!

M$I suggest that Mahalo team should do some work to verify a good team of doctors on the website, this will provide a great service for members.

Personally, I would believe consulting a lawyer about how people perceive you on Mahalo Answers a bit too extreme.
If you prove to Jason that you are a valid Doctor - i.e. show him what qualifications you have (with proof) then you will then become a valid "doctor" on Mahalo.
