What science groups are interesting on Twitter?

techdelight - Miscellaneous tech fun
wired - Wired Magazine
scifri - NPR's Talk of the Nation Science Friday feed
newscientist - New Scientist Magazine
Every so often I do some keyword searches on things I'm interested in, and add active groups.
