What schools in the US and Canada have the best astrology programs ?
What colleges have the best astrology or "astro biology" programs ?

I think you mean "astronomy" not "astrology." Astronomy is the study of space and things in it... like planets, stars, comets, astroids, etc. Astrology is using the placement of the stars and other heavenly bodies to predict the future... I don't know of many schools who have Astrology programs.

You'll notice that many schools actually offer degrees in physics rather than astronomy. As for astrobiology... I don't know of any undergrad program that offers this. You'd likely want to study biology or bio chemistry or go into Astronomy and minor in biology and then continue your studies in grad school programs.
