Macy’s has been having some great sales lately. The best sales are when they advertise a special savings pass in the newspaper. These savings can be anywhere from 20% off all merchandise, including clearance items, to a certificate for $10.00 off any purchase of $20.00 or more. Generally, if you go to Macy’s online: http://www.macys.com, you can print out multiple passes to use throughout the store, as your cashier must take the pass once it’s been used. They just concluded a one day sale, which ends today, but I suspect they will have one more advertisement before Christmas, possibly for tomorrow, Thursday.
It’s important to remember that although Macy’s does have some great sales, the savings pass does not always apply to merchandise that is already on special. Usually these items are in housewares or jewelry.
