what recordings are there that have real bird songs as part of the music?

I can think of a few. The most famous (and, I believe, the earliest) example would be Respighi’s Pines of Rome (Pini di Roma). He was very clear that any performances of this work should have a recording of an actual bird song. Not only that, but he had a particular recording of a nightingale singing that he wanted to be used for this purpose. You can hear it in the video starting about 6 minutes in.
More recently there is the Finnish composer Einojuhani Rautavaara's Cantus Arcticus, which made extensive use of taped bird calls.
Moving into more "modern" contemporary music, there are also a few from Francois Bernard Mache:
