Being it's the year 2011 and things nowadays are moving at such a fast pace, people want a phone that's web accesible, and on top of that, fast. Another thing people like on their phone is that it has a camera, is easy to operate, doesn't drop calls like many phones still do, and is multi-functioned, meaning it has the ability to do many of the things the user intends it to do. About the QWERTY keyboard, personally I like it because I like to hand type things in myself and it leaves less chance for mistakes.
