What non-appropriated fund contractors allow for employees to register for a FULL Army Knowledge Online account ?
And how long does it take to get access to it?

NAF contractor employee are not eligible for a full account AKO, and USCG Coast Guards can only get a guest account.

Actually that is outdated and defense contractors and NAF contractors do have access to full AKO's
