What Nissan brand, of motor vehicle, would be safe enough to serve as your child's first car?

If you were about to buy your child their very first motor vehicle, and chose to go with Nissan, which one would you choose? Would you choose one of the more fashion friendly vehicles, or would you go all out and make sure that you got the safest one out there, no matter what it looked like?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If I were to buy my daughter her first car I would choose the Nissan Sentra. This car is among the top cars based on reviews which would be best as teenager's first car. This car is not only a sensible car for teens but it has many attributes of the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. Although it is not that stylish but safety is my main concern and this one has meet safety requirements. It is comfortable to ride with. It gets good mileage, is reliable, enjoys relatively low insurance rates. The price too is affordable at $12,700. I can also have an option to buy used models at good prices.

According to reviews that I've read, the Sentra is comfortable, roomy, economical and peppy. The SE-R in Spec V provides stirring performance and run to 60 mph in just. There is a lot of grip in the corners. There's more body roll due to the tall body design that is expected for this type of car.

The Nissan Sentra is available in five main trim levels. These are 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 SL, SE-R and SE-R Spec V.
