What Native American tribes were native to New Mexico?
Did the Nez Pierce Indians have any major cities or settlements where Albuquerque is now? What are the major tourist attractions in New Mexico?

There were and still are several Native American tribes throughout the state of New Mexico. Several Apache tribes lived throughout most of the state. There was a small Comanche tribe in New Mexico, though the majority of it was in the state of Texas.
The Pueblos were in the area surrounding Albuquerque. The Navajo were a large group in northwestern New Mexico. The Ute was located in a small area of the upper northwest part of the state. The Zuni tribe was just south of the Navajo tribe. Another small tribe was made up of the Jocome, Jano and Suma tribes, located in the boot heel of New Mexico.
Many Native Americans still call New Mexico home. There are three Indian reservations and 19 Indian pueblos located in the state, many in Albuquerque and the surrounding area. The Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial is a large event held in Gallup, NM in August each year. It hosts Native American tribes from around the country.
The Nez Pierce are not a native tribe of New Mexico. They are found in the Pacific Northwest region.
